Job Description

We are looking for a “Communication Officer” who can support our internal and external marketing and communication outreach. You should have the ability to clearly communicate on complex subjects to our stakeholders via various channels and campaigns. You should be comfortable with campaign data analysis and spotting trends. Working under the Manager of Marketing and Communication, you will be supporting our outreach strategies. The successful candidate should be based in India and will be working remotely. This role requires to:

Develop, implement and monitor outreach calendar for the internal and external team.

Develop and implement outreach strategies, campaigns, events and other initiatives.

Coordinate and ensure regular and timely updating of the website content, social media campaigns and other tasks undertaken in close cooperation and consultation with the team.

Track analytics and create reports detailing successes and failures of strategies.

Work with the business development team to maintain, prepare and track performances of lead generations.

Lead and respond to inquiries to achieve brand placement.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in mass communications. media relations, or any relevant field with 2-3 years of experience.

Ability to plan and implement communications and media strategies.

Communicates sensitively and effectively across different cultures.

Demonstrates willingness to learn Canva, WordPress and other online platforms.
