Cornier Private Limited Hiring for Parts Manager at Aluva, Kerala Full Time

We are looking for a person with the following ability’s to handle spare parts business for John Deere Power Systems business for the Customer in India & Maldives:

Spare Parts Management:

• Identifying the ideal parts required for the customers
• Preparing the offer and sending the offer to the customer
• Coordinating the sales of parts to develop and implement parts sales plans
• Manage daily activities of sales to meet sales objectives
• Perform inventory management to avoid surplus and obsolete stocks
• Identify new business opportunities to improve parts sales
• Ensure parts orders are processed in timely manner
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Providing outstanding service & ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify & contact new Manufactures and vendors
• Ensure the special tools required for the operations are available and ordered in a time and cost-effective manner.
• Perform price & contact negotiation with vendors & customer as needed
• Making a stocklist of the parts and assets that need to be purchased on a quarterly basis and coordinating with the service team for customer requirement
• Supervising the shipment matters of the parts ordered
• Overseeing the replacements and parts issued to the customers
• Planning and creating promotional campaigns for parts
• Resolving an inconsistency for all the purchase orders
• Preparing the parts dealer price list
• Reconciliation of parts pricing on each order to confirm it is as per the mentioned procedures
• Customer liaison, update and ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Updated the stock in Tally or equivalent sheets
• Have a ready list of materials to be ordered

Reports & Follow-ups:

• Getting customer feedback
• Promptly following up on application request
• Writing reports and presenting the finding to managers and supervisors on a regular basis
• Precise written communication abilities of preparing monthly, quarterly and annually reports on part sales.
• Keep records of inspection, test results, work performed and parts used.
• Discuss equipment issues, maintenance plans and works performed with customers
• Constantly updating the service CRM databases systems (Daily).
• Updating the service schedule of each customer based on the running hours
• All Data in the registry sheets/ trackers are up to date

Strictly candidates from Kerala

• Knowledge required: Should be good with computers usage – MS Office, Online CRM
• Knowledge required: Should have back basic knowledge about engines and engine parts
• Knowledge required: Should have send of being able to handle parts management
• Knowledge required: Multi-linguistic: English, Hindi, Tamil
• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in parts management
• Preferred industry experience: Engine parts management
• Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical/Electronics

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
