Currently, we are seeking self-motivated candidates to join our team Cortex Construction Solutions Pvt Ltd for Data Base Tender Executives to work.

Location: Mani Casadona near Ecospace, Kolkata.

People for Kolkata (nearby location preferable) apply since it will be a face to face interview.

We are looking for dedicated applicants who believe in giving their best to the work assigned ( MIS Portal updation & generation, Client follow up, Quotation & Tender, Data & Reporting manage, Experience with MS Office and data programs, Typing speed & accuracy, Reviewing data, Work closely with other departments to smoothen the operation /marketing process skill(s) required, Prepare proper data sheets, preferable- having relevant skills and interests, etc. ).

Qualification – BA LLB preferable/ Any Degree,

Job Timing- 9:30 AM to 6PM.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent,

Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus, Yearly bonus,

Total Work Exp: Minimum 1 year (Preferred),

Requirements are as follows-

• Tender management- manage end to end tendering process on gem portal and other portals
• Documentation – preparation, filling and maintain accurate documentation related to tender & quotation process (should be versed on government portals)
• Compliance and quality – ensuring all tender process adhere to GEM guidelines and govt. procurement regulations
• Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency
• Follow up with client for result
• Well versed with document controlling, Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT
• Should be efficient in working under tight deadlines/timelines
• Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process
