Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Job Description:

1. Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.

2. Respond to client service issues in a timely manner.

3. Create effective client service procedures, policies, and standards.

4. Develop client satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.

5. Maintain accurate records and document all client service activities and discussions.

6. Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.

7. Should be well versed with service delivery standards and equipped with Customer Retention Process.

8. It’s positive point if she worked from the same field / profile

Qualification & Eligibility:

1. Candidate should be graduate/Post graduate

2. Should be confident with positive attitude

3. Should have good communication skill

4. Convincing power should be good
