Job Description
Required civil Engineer (QS) with 5 years of experience or above : -1. Preparing Quantity takeoff as per the specification for various type of projects (residential, township, commercial, office, interior etc,.)
2. Preparing cost estimate, BOQ, tender document for government projects & private projects
3. Quantity takeoff for GFC drawings and identify the variance in quantity with BOQ
4. Rate analysis for non schedule of rates items including collecting of quotation
5. Identifying non tender items well in advance and intimating to the client
6. Preparing technical evaluation report of bidders and making comparison statement of price bid
7. Preparing and getting approval for variance budget from Client
8. Checking material reconciliation statement
9. Certifying contractor’s bills
10. Preparing RFP for government / private projects and submission of tendersJob Type: Full-timeExperience:
