Your field of responsibility We are seeking hardworking, experienced Application support Lead to join a growing, high-visibility cross-Bank team that is developing and deploying solutions for E-communications surveillance. • Support of Strategic application / platform that will be used by CS for Electronic Communications Surveillance, that provides supervisors with a strategic, risk-based control process that assists in monitoring the Manipulation of FX and the LIBOR submission process and other identified processes (e.g. indices’ submission) • Support and Engineering work on Large-scale distributed data analytics platforms and compute environments (Elastic Search) • Monitor and Develop Batch Scheduling through Jenkins and processing unstructured data to generate alerts based on lexicon • Support and Develop MIS Reporting in Tableau Your future colleagues Data and Artificial Intelligence Solutions is a distributed team supporting and developing firm wide solutions related to Big-Data, Artificial Intelligence, ETL and Data warehousing comprising of support engineers, Data Architects, Engineering resources, Project Managers working in collaborative manner and partner with the Internal Clients to deliver on critical projects. Electronic Communications Surveillance” has become an emerging priority for Credit Suisse (CS) where you will support Compliance and front office teams with data spanning Credit Suisse’s global organization to tackle emerging challenges of unstructured data. * Strong production support skills, troubleshooting, client interactions, audit support, IT infrastructure, leading and management of an IT support team * Proven understanding of Elastic Search & Data Search techniques is a must. Relational Query Language is a plus * You are proficient in Python, Ansible, Salt and dev ops technologies.
