Role Purpose:
Key Roles and Responsibilities
● Onboarding of New Franchisees and regional franchisees for the business
● Explaining business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise related information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further leads
● Designing and presenting different proposals, aligning meetings with prospective lead and providing them full support
● Assisting Franchisee in scouting appropriate location
● Participate in events and exhibition to generate leads and creating a platform to meet with prospective franchisee
● Work on the enquiries, coordinating and follow up with leads till final closure
● Generate and nurture leads through various marketing activities such as cold calling, campaigning, through Social Networking sites and following up to source the business in the best way
● Tracking data with regular reporting
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
● Knowledge of sales processes and sales cycle for retail
● Proactive and process oriented
● Adapt to changing business environments, solve problems and take advantage of opportunities to create sales
● Work cross-functionally and partner with key stakeholders within the organization
● Open to travelling basis business requirements
Expected Background
● Minimum 5 years of Dealer Development or Franchise Development experience
● Graduation in any faculty
● Preferred Organisations / Industry
○ Lenskart, FirstCry, Mahindra 1st choice, 3M, ecom, real estate, education background industry
○ Automobile Dealer Development Professionals
● Candidates who have worked in Tourism or Holiday Industry
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
