Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
2. Design and execute marketing campaigns for new product features across multiple channels, including:
3. Push Notifications (using CleverTap or similar tools)
4. In-App Notifications
5. Emailers
6. WhatsApp
7. Campaigns Content Creation & Social Media Management
8. Develop and manage content strategies for promoting the product on Cricbuzz’s social media platforms.
9. Collaborate with graphic designers to create high-quality visuals and graphics.
10. Ensure consistent, timely, and engaging content is published to drive product adoption.
11. User Engagement & Analysis
12. Craft creative and user-focused messaging that drives interaction and builds curiosity around the product.
13. Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to optimize strategies for better engagement and conversions.
14. Collaboration & Coordination
15. Work closely with internal teams, including design, product, and development, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
16. Align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
17. Ownership & Flexibility
18. Take full ownership of marketing initiatives, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
19. Be prepared to adapt to the cricket season’s demands, including working on matchdays, even on weekends if needed. Proactively plan work schedules to balance workloads.

Requirements

Experience

1–2 years in marketing, campaign management, or a related field.

Experience with marketing tools like CleverTap (or similar platforms).

Proven track record in creating impactful campaigns.

Skills

Strong creative and copywriting skills with an understanding of user-centric messaging.

Analytical mindset to measure and optimize campaign performance.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
