Jod Description-

• Manage the team of Operation analysts
• Monitor, track & assign work based on team member capabilities & skills
• Communicate with internal team members on process changes & team performance • Ensure support and troubleshooting is provided for all operation s
• Maintain /Prepare daily & monthly reports and timely communicate with all the leaders
• Monitoring and managing workflow
• Ensure team is achieving productivity, quality and SLA benchmarks
• Work closely with Operations & Training teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage career progression of team members
• Do objective setting and carry out performance appraisal at the scheduled intervals

Key Skill

• Experience in Team Experience • Excellent leadership and managerial skills • Good Experience of Advance Excel & PowerPoint • Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines • Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Desire Candidate-

Any Graduate with superior academic record with 7 to 10 years of overall experience minimum 5 years of team management years of team management experience (team size of more than 10 analysts)
