Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Supply Chain to support our warehousing, logistics,

and service operations. The ideal candidate will analyze data, identify trends, optimize

processes, and work cross-functionally with stakeholders to enhance supply chain efficiency

across multiple channels, including marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra), our D2C website

(Cultsport.com), and offline stores (EBO & MBO).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

● Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data across warehouses, logistics, and service

operations.

● Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment

rates, logistics costs, and service TAT.

● Identify bottlenecks in supply chain processes and provide actionable insights.

2. Supply Chain Optimization:

● Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategies for

categories like Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, Fitness Equipment, and Massage

Products.

● Improve logistics operations with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) and D2C

logistics partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, Ekart, etc.)
