Salary-23k CTC to 34k CTC – Depends on Interview, Experience and qualification

Responsibilities:

To escalate the queries of the customer via call, phone & Chat, and mail.
Resolve the customer issue for international customers.
To provide the best resolution to the customers.
Maintain a better relationship with the customers.
Meet the customer’s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.

Requirements:

Qualification: 12th Pass
Minimum 6 months Experience Required Good communication skills (Verbal & Written) – Most Important
Basic Computer Knowledge
Flexible (24/7) environment = 9 hours – Night, Noon, Day – Business req.
