Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to provide product/service information

• Meet sales targets and other goals set by the company

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to manage customer queries and offer appropriate solutions
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but not mandatory
