About the role:
Cvent, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment interns for 6 months project to support . You will be required to work closely with Recruiters, Generalist team on various task during the internship period.
Work Hours: 12:00 pm to 9:30 pm
Internship Period: 6 months
Joining Date: Immediate Joining

Position Duties:
Review and understand open job positions.
Utilize various social media avenues for recruitment.
Source and screen resumes for positions in Client Services.
Help in BGV and Documentation of new hires
Create recruiting dashboard and reports
Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates at all levels.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruiting database.
Candidate Requirements:
Any graduate (Preferred MBA HR)
Knowledge of online recruiting sources like Monster, Naukri, and LinkedIn etc.
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion
