You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner,

• Able to handle patients and allow them to seat with proper arrangements

• Handling the front desk, housekeeping and pantry management
• Doctor’s appointment schedule records
• Maintaining the numerical records of files and folders of patients
• Taking appointments of patients with their complete contact details
• Good in excel and computer knowledge
• Basic phone activates and atticatsKeeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Qualification: Any Degree
Languages: Hindi,english.
Age: 20-28
