Key Responsibilities:

Conduct tele calling to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through lead generation.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue.
Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.
Perform daily follow-up with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Proven experience in tele calling and lead generation.
Strong ability to generate sales and achieve targets.
