Job Description
– Demonstrates the ability to manage and understand bookkeeping
– Demonstrates an increasingly working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
– Ensure an accurate balance of books
– Manage bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations
– Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
– Assist with reviewing expenses, reimbursements, payroll records
– Assist in the preparation of monthly reconciliation
– Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date, ensuring that all payments are sent on time
– Support on tracking the aging history of outstanding invoices and payments, keeping track of client payment terms
– Reconcile monthly credit card statement
– Assist on monthly payroll via payroll system working alongside the People Team
– Support in the preparation of monthly financial statements
– Bank reconciliation for multiple accounts for several entities
– Support in generating 1099’s (USA)
– Prior experience with book keeping software’s like Quickbooks is preferred
