JOB DESCRIPTION: Job description :
- Checking of Contractors Running RA Bill as per SOPs.
- Checking of Steel and cement ( FOC ) material consumption against RA bill.
- Maintaining complete reconciliation of material consumption, Amount payable to contractor at any point of time.
- Release contractor advances and adjust against RA bills, retention / hold and deduction from bill as per PO/Contract terms.
- Computation of LD applicable to suppliers / services.
- Preparing Gist and SOA of all contractors
- Accounting of Contractors bills and project expenses, salary accounting and reconciliation.
- Work on monthly book closure based on book closure check list
- GL scrutiny in detail and make provisions for expenses
- Ensure compliance with TDS and GST while accounting bills /releasing payment.
- Keep himself updated of Company SOPs / revisions./ propose for correction in SOP
- Ensure suppliers payment made by due date without delay.
- Employees travel claim approvals as per SOP.
- Fixed asset register and physical verification of Assets and project inventory.
- Capitalisation of expenses
- Related parties accounts reconciliation and reports.
- Currently working in SAP environment and good in excel reporting tools for MIS.
- Knowledge of INS AS and accounting entries required as per INDAS.
