As a DevOps Engineer in your primary responsibility will be managing and enhancing our existing IT infrastructure.

This position is part of the Cytiva’s Automation and Digital software team, located in Bangalore and will be Fully Remote At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage and optimize our complex IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability.

• Develop and deploy software updates and patches using our preferred tech stack of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, TeamCity, and Azure DevOps.

• Collaborate closely with the development and operations teams to enhance procedures and improve overall team collaboration.

• Monitor system performance proactively, identifying and resolving issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.

• Implement and manage rigorous security measures to maintain the integrity and security of our IT infrastructure.

  The essential requirements of the job include:

• We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in software development and system administration is a must, along with comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and DevOps tools.

• The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and proficiency in our preferred tech stack which includes AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, TeamCity, and Azure DevOps.

• This role requires a high level of responsibility, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a dedication to maintaining high standards.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills are also paramount in this role. You will be interacting closely with various teams within our company, and your ability to communicate effectively, foster good relationships, and collaborate seamlessly will be crucial to your success in this role.
