Full Job Description
The Global LMS Administrator will be the business owner for all aspects of the Learning Management System, making use of key features to ensure the system is enterprise ready to meet the needs of a massively scaling market. You will meet with cross functional stakeholders, define business requirements, create and support the systems we need for ILT delivery (in-person and/or virtual), eLearning, program reporting, and individual department KPIs with regard to learning objectives. You will report to the Leader of Business Systems.
The impact you will have:
Work cross functionally with department leads to define best practices and governance policies for the LMS; Inspecting/enforcing use of standards
Define and assign user permissions with appropriate (and restricted) permission levels
Drive integration of LMS to several other tools (SFDC, Workday, etc.)
Assist IT (and other teams) when integrations with the LMS are necessary
Mediate between stakeholders and the LMS vendor when we have issues with the LMS (e.g., our LMS instance is having performance problems, and we have to coordinate with the vendor support team)
Optimize functionality and make recommendations on how to utilize features to streamline work / make things work better
Manage LMS related support tickets, processes and SLAs.
What we look for:
Experience in LMS systems (preferably Docebo, Skilljar, Learndot, Mindtickle, or Workramp)
Understand requirements needed for LMS as it relates to eLearning, ILT, and certifications
Demonstrated experience in Customer Success (or similar field in consulting, industry)
Should have familiarity with LMS technical integration (SSO, LTI, payment gateway integration, etc.)
Strong track record for taking data-driven actions
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced and dynamic environment
