Jr Associate Digital Marketing: 1-3 Years Experience

Job Summary

Jr Associate Digital Marketing with 1-3 years of proven experience to drive the daily execution and measurable delivery of our digital marketing campaigns. This role is a key team member, responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing all digital channel activities.

• Paid Media Campaign Execution
• Paid Ads: Implement and manage campaign setups, ad sets, and daily budgeting across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ad Manager.
• Optimize Performance: Execute tactical optimizations (e.g., bid adjustments, ad copy A/B tests) to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and delivering against performance targets (CPA, CTR).
• Social Media and Content Delivery
• Look after the social media handles by managing the Social Media Content Calendar and executing daily posts across all platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Monitor social channels to foster interaction and organic growth (e.g., increasing followers and engagement).
• Work closely with Content and Design teams, acting as the bridge to deliver finalized assets and ensure they are technically optimized for all digital channels.
• Organic Search (SEO) Implementation
• Execute SEO Tasks: Deliver on SEO mandates by performing precise Keyword Research, executing on-page optimizations,
• Technical Coordination: Prepare clear technical requirements for all website, tracking, and technical SEO changes, and coordinate with developers for their successful implementation.
• CMS and Tools: Utilize a foundational understanding of web platforms (e.g., WordPress Websites and plugins) for minor content updates and QA.
• Implementing regular Off-Page Submissions and also keep focus on platforms like Reddit, Pinterest, Tumblr, and Blogger with regular book
• Data, Tracking, and Reporting Delivery
• Implement and manage conversion tracking, events, and goals using Google Tag Manager.
• Deliver performance monitoring by regularly using Google Analytics for website performance, Google Search Console for organic health, and Microsoft Clarity for user behaviour insights.
• Execute email marketing workflows, list segmentation, and data management tasks within HubSpot CRM.
• Deliver comprehensive, accurate, and timely performance reports that summarize key metrics and execution results.
