As an established team with over 20 years in Healthcare industry, we are looking for an Administrator – Operations Support
Qualifications:
Intermediate knowledge of most if not all technology areas required:
o Microsoft Word
o Microsoft Excel
o Microsoft Outlook
Strong proven ability to multi-task within fast paced working environments.
Ability to successfully manage and adapt to change efforts, new systems, and processes.
Analytical ability – able to examine problems from multiple perspectives to identify root causes.
Must be comfortable with 24/7 nature of the medical transcription industry.
Strong customer service-oriented skill sets – able to successfully communicate and interact with clients at all managerial levels.
Good communication skills (oral and written).
Well-developed listening skills.
Proven ability to function in a team-based environment with commitment to group and organization success.
High degree of work ethic and moral integrity.
Responsibilities:
Supports all US MTs/PRs, US Operations team, Indian production centers, hospital-based
transcription coordinators, physicians by providing on-line support through mails and calls.
The position supports the US MTs/PRs, US Operations team, Indian production centers,
hospital-based transcription coordinators, and physicians by monitoring the workflow and
client support processes.
This position will also work closely with all client service managers
to ensure workflow and support issues are managed and resolved for all customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED):
Continuous monitoring of workflow for STATs and for availability of MLS/QC staff to execute it.
Provide on-line mail and call support to all US MTs/PRs, US Operations team, Indian production centers, hospital -based transcription coordinators, and physicians.
Responsible for ID management work and update global team on any breakdowns in offshore.
Responsible for MT application support management activities like FIESA and reports and its distributions.
Faxing reports based on client requests.
Interacting /Raising tickets with eScription support for any issues.
