Analyst – Compliance Advise – Voice Process

The Team

The GPS Compliance Advice team answers GPS practice business-related questions including compliance with process, policy, and procedure; and summarizes the requests received and reports the results to GPS practice leadership.

The GPS Compliance Advice team is a resource for GPS Practitioners to assist in answering business-related questions including compliance, process, policy, and procedure-related inquiries. GPS Compliance Advice seeks to find answers to GPS Practitioners’ questions and refers them to the correct source of information. GPS Compliance Advice also summarizes the requests received and reports them by period to GPS Practice leadership.

GPS Compliance Advice has evolved into a sensing and triage function supporting our GPS Practitioners and our internal business teams, effecting faster remediation of the issues.

Work you’ll do

• The applicant should be able to answer phone calls using the phone system (will be trained).
• Respond to incident and service requests as per the defined SLAs
• Deep understanding of Deloitte Policies and procedures (relevant for lateral movement within Deloitte)
• Deep understanding of APRs and other Deloitte policies. Should be able to quickly learn and adapt to GPS guidelines, procedures, policies and ensure adherence (relevant for lateral movement within Deloitte).
• The applicant is required to be able to research materials from across KX, DNET, Service Now and published policies and procedures to determine answers to questions (relevant for lateral movement within Deloitte).
• Diligently respond timely and accurately to the queries relating to Compliance and able to discriminate in identifying issues required to be escalated.
• The applicant should be capable to converse over skype/zoom/phone or via email with PPMDs confidently.
• He/ she should possess good email writing skills and be articulative in speech.
• He/ she should be skillful to identify and articulate innovative ideas.
• The applicant should be able to multi-task and organize a group mailbox.
• The applicant should be able to track requests in the form of a ticketing system i.e. Service Now
• The applicant should be resolution driven in addressing the tickets.

Key skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent team player with experience working and driving conversations with virtual teams, including proven ability to collaborate with a US based team
• Attention to detail and adherence to quality guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Leverage good communication, presentation, and articulation skills in both verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members to accomplish team goals

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream
• Having 2-4 Years of experience

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT

Shift Timing:
6 PM to 3 AM IST
