Roles and Responsibilities

• Help the assigned Client cluster/s organize and prioritize daily projects.
• Create, maintain, and communicate to Account Directors/Managers project timelines.
• Work with supervisor to keep cluster adequately staffed.
• Manage updates in the Client specific documents with policy and process changes and train the clusters in the same.
• Tracking projects every day to ensure there is no delay in delivering to the Client within the promised timelines.
• Prioritizing any critical or time sensitive orders.
• Attend meetings that impact production and policies and disseminate the information to the cluster.
• Conduct weekly / monthly meetings with the SR> AM’s/ ADs on desk-related topics.
• Conduct weekly meetings with supervisor on cluster issues to do with performance, behavior, recruitment needs.
• Check for missing asset delivery schedules and project statuses to the management, Account Directors/Managers.
• Clearly communicate expected delivery dates for titles/assets, via entry of ordered titles into internal systems and Email/verbal communication for special cases and exceptions.
• Working with Account Directors/Managers to ensure day to day production is running effectively.
• Collaborate with Account Directors/Managers to ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timeframe with client – communicate with internal and external teams should changes occur as required.
• Schedule Audio QC’s.
• Updating trackers as required.
• Communicate with Studios on their capacity/deliveries etc.
• Proactively identify potential issues/problems with project in process, formulate response and solution and flag to your Manager/Lead.
• Communicate regularly with client regarding project performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Account Managers/Directors to meet deadlines, find efficiencies, resolve issues, and determine resource needs to meet/exceed client expectations.
• Being an expert in Client specifications/workflow and patterns for his/her desk/s and for other desks.
• Being able to act as a substitute for other desks in times of need.
• Actively involved in training and mentoring new hires.
• Good comprehension skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
