The company is a funded start-up, started in 2012 by B2B marketing experts with extensive experience in the industry. The organisation has achieved an active revenue stream with a large customer base in North America and is totally stable financially. DEMANDFARM is a cutting edge Sales – Tech company that offers easy to use cloud technology tools that can empower sales leaders to analyze, plan and grow key accounts with data driven account planning.
The organisation is currently looking for a PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST, as part of an organic growth in customer handling and product enhancement activities. The company is setting up a niche product support activity to be headed by an individual contributor, as a specialist in this niche. Once this activity has been set up, stabilised it is expected that this senior individual would contribute both directly and indirectly to business growth by value addition in the product support portfolio.
The role is for an individual who understands the importance of product support for global customers, more so in the SAAS environment. The company has six product lines with the core products being on the Salesforce platform. The organisation currently uses a ticketing system Freshdesk to implement the operational aspects of the product support environment. An earlier background of handling Freshdesk or any similar ticketing system for product support will be a core need for the role.
The role will need an individual who is both technologically savvy & has a background in product support , preferably linked to SAAS Products and/or Salesforce. The individual must be a total customer relationship handling personality. Owing to the nature of the ticketing/product support/customer handling environment, the role will need very strong spoken and written communication skills, the ability to resolve the queries technically and revert back to the customer. The support from the technology and development team will be a huge plus for this individual. The nature of the role demands a strong technical commercial orientation.
