Job Title: Accounts & Admin Associate

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift

Salary: Rs. 20,000-20,000 a month

Location: Sahakar Nagar 2, Pune

Qualifications

(Required) Graduation in Commerce

(Required) Fluent in English, Marathi & Hindi Languages

(Required) Min 1 Year of Experience in Accounting & Taxation

(Required) Experience in Tally & Tax Filings

(Preferred) HR experience

Responsibilities

Maintaining weekly Tally accounting

Managing TDS & GST Filings

Assisting CA for tax and company audits

Assisting CS for compliance audits

Preparing any required documents for legal/banking/accounting purposes

Managing basic documentation tasks – sending offer letters, managing employee/vendor documents & compliance, etc.

Generate financial/expense reports as and when required

Visitng project sites regularly for accounting & billing recording
