Operations ManagerAbout UsDesignerrs Academy provides a safe learning space for designers across the world. We are trying to make design education accessible for everyone by providing learning experiences and training programs for User Experience and User Interface Design, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Designing for Immersive Experience (VR, AR, XR), Voice UX and other specializations.Our learning pedagogy involves Hands on activities, Live projects, Gamified teaching methods and curriculums designed by our learning experience design team under the guidance of experts from the industry such as Samsung, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Byjus, Thoughtworks and alumni from NIDs and IITs.Our 20K + Community consists of students and professionals from various backgrounds such as Product Design, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Management, HR, Sales, Retail who want to move to more creative career paths. • Managing Learning Experience and Operations of different courses at Designerrs

• Improve operational management systems, processes and handling daily operational tasks including active communication with learners and mentors community at Designerrs.

• Formulate strategic and operational objectives for easy operational expansion. Examine financial data to improve profitability

• Manage budgets and forecasting. Coordinating with financial partners for payment collection and management.

• Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs to ensure a smooth learning experience for learners.

• Find ways to increase the quality of customer and service experience for learners and mentors community

• Managing Inventory, shipping and logistics for the various products for e-commerce

• Managing Technology operations and automation required to bring overall operational efficiency

• Creating Trackers and Processes for effective operations

• Manage junior team members training and task management

Skill Required

• Highly Organised, Problem Solver and Process Oriented

• Expert understanding in operating databases and trackers

• Knowledge of operations management

• Experience in budgeting and forecasting

• Familiarity with business, financial principles

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in Managing Event/Workshops in College

• Understanding of MS-Excel and Database Management.

• Creative and design thinking capabilities.

Note: PG/ MBA in Business, Operations Management or related field is preferredPerks
