Job Title: Onboarding Analyst

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Description

• Responsible for managing onboarding & BGS activities. The scope of activities include Offer letter generation, Onboarding and BGS process, Processing Referral pay out data, Suitability/rescreening BGS, Legal entity transfer/Cross Border Transfers.
• Initiating the Background Screening cases, following up with New joiner’s for additional documents, managing the BGS discrepancies.
• Handle queries of stake holders, candidates and Talent acquisition team on daily basis.
• Maintain daily trackers, be part of meetings with various stake holders
• Ensure all reporting requirements are met and delivered by agreed deadlines
• Manage high volumes during peak season

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage the employment contracts/offer letters, Referral payout data, working within policy, process and guidelines and within Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
• Ensure issues are escalated as appropriate to management.
• Resolve issues by effectively communicating with stakeholders
• Ensure that all reporting requirements are met and delivered by agreed deadlines
• Identify, analyse and address areas for driving continuous improvements
