Responsibilities and Duties

• Book keeping
• Tracking and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
• Processing and verifying invoices
• Bank reconciliation
• Preparing POs and customer invoices
• Resolving discrepancies in purchase orders, invoices and payments.
• Keeping track of payments and expenditures
• Record keeping (accounting registers, bills, invoices etc.)
• Payment gateway pay-out settlements and reconciliation
• Vendor payments reconciliation
• Liaising with outsourcing firm for filing of Income tax & audit, GST and TDS filing
• Preparing data for ITRs, GST, TDS and PT
• Monthly PT filing
• Keeping all bills in a structured manner for audit
• Daily sales and purchase entries in Tally
• Maintaining inventory in Tally
• Preparing monthly receivables statement and follow up on receivables
• Maintaining cash flow statement
• Maintaining vendor payments statement
• Petty cash handling and accounting
• Monthly MIS reporting
• Annual budgeting
• Payroll

Key Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting and Tally or equivalent software
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Qualifications:

M.Com/B.com with good accounting and commercials experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹23,000.00 – ₹27,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
