Purpose of Role
Through managing the advisors, the role is responsible for providing end to end support to the respective country (countries).
This role holder is accountable for ensuring capability, awareness and monitoring is happening to drive the right outcomes.
As a key member of the operational management team in first point, they will be driving overall team performance and delivering projects through excellent planning, collaborator engagement and management and a focus on prioritisation and delivery.
The role holder is partnering with the respective country (countries) to embed the HR model and enhance total functional service and performance.
Top Accountabilities
Leading Talent – to recruit, develop and sustain an engaged, empowered and focused team who are passionate about compliance, great customer experiences and consistently high standards of performance.
Create a high-performance culture in the market pods and wider HR Operations Team, leveraging planning, metrics and insights from customers to ensure that agreed Service Level Agreements are consistently managed to and delivered.
Focus on ensuring the team provide superior customer experiences through building their passion, capability and stakeholder management skills.
Embed continuous improvement .
Works directly with customer groups when there are any service issues or complaints which need to be resolved, representing first point to find the best solution.
Partners expertly with key other HR Teams such as Payroll and GM to ensure great end to end HR experience for customers.
Partner with Global Transition team to build governance approach that aims to facilitate and accelerate sustainability transitions through a participatory process of visioning, learning and experimenting.
Project Management – Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the detailed execution of projects. Use appropriate verification techniques to lead changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Qualifications and Experience Required
Exposure to HR Systems(Workday) and or related technology is highly desirable.
Previous People Management experience of a large, multi-lingual team would be ideal.
Experience of having successfully engaged, motivated and influenced a variety of collaborators. Able to build credibility and relationships with line managers, employees and other HR teams.
Ability to demonstrate achievement and delivery to rigorous SLA’s and performance levels.
Ability to identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives and lead change control.
Previous experience in a customer service environment as well as an ability to think in the future and anticipate customer needs.
Ability to understand process principles and consistent application. Experience of contact with process design and implementation
Ability to find solutions, address barriers and positively galvanize others around you in a context of ambiguity and fast-moving change.
Ability to understand issues/problems within the business and how to apply a consistent solution across multiple markets, strategic management of issues.
Advantageous would be an understanding of HR policies, procedures and practices and ability to advise on them.
Familiarity or experience with HR system and our data management principles would also be desirable.
This role will be supporting Africa and would require the incumbent to work in 11 AM to 8 PM IST
