We have a collaborative working environment and invest in our employees.Job Summary: DCI is seeking an Administration Specialist responsible for the day-to-day activities / tasks of the office administration and facilities management as per the Company Standards. The person will be responsible for managing organization’s administration system and general workflows. The duties include supporting staff for admin issues, facilitating communication throughout a company and developing procedures to make a workplace system more effective and efficient.This position require experience for at least 3+ years in managing day to day administration activities with good vendor management exposure. He / She should possess good knowledge of MS Excel tools (pivot, vlookup, basic excel functions, formatting), fluency in spoken English with effective business communication drafting skills.Roles and Responsibilities: Facilities management & providing administrative support to the teamManaging petty cash and its reconciliationCalendar/ Leave/Attendance management, updating and maintaining employee recordsEnsuring addition/deletion of employees and dependents into insurance policy and assisting employees in the claim processMaintaining, updating and reconciling office assets records and facilitating internal assigning of assets as per Company policy.Managing general correspondence and emails, postage, company administration records, documents, statements and reports.Creating and promoting effective partnerships and relationships between all staff levels throughout the office and company, allowing for easier and freer channelling of information and relevant processes.Manage and maintain the vendor contracts, renewal of vendor contracts and AMCs.Organizing team building activities and offsite meetings for the team.Procuring office supplies, IT equipment’s and other items as per companies needsManaging other office management activities as assigned by Company.Desired Experience/Skills: Bachelor’s degree (Any specialization). MBA candidates will be preferred.Full time work in organization of repute for 3+ YearsEffective Business Communication Drafting SkillsGood verbal & written English communication skillsProficient in MS Office & ExcelGood interpersonal skillsShould be able to work independently with little guidanceDiligent with attention to detailsFlexible and adaptable to changing business needsJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: Multiple Locations
