• 5-8 years of experience in front-end development primarily in React.
• Having Experience in Lead/Drive Initiatives and working with onsite/offshore team members.
• Program well structured, modular, optimized, and testable code.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Experience with user interface design and a good understanding of the latest UI/UX practices.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience in working with modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Working experience with Restful APIs is mandatory.
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Have good knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial).
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills to work with international clients.
• Good project management skills.
