Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years.

• Primarily responsible for managing international clients, with a focus on the USA and Canada.
• Possess technical expertise in overseeing SEO projects and managing SEO clients.
• Manage a portfolio of 15-20 clients, ensuring their satisfaction and happiness.
• Engage in client communication, including after office hours and weekends, based on client relationships and availability.
• Maintain an active presence on communication platforms such as Skype, WhatsApp, Basecamp, Zoom, and Gmail to provide prompt responses to client queries.
• Foster a trusted and strategic relationship with each assigned account/client, ensuring the ongoing value of our services.
• Develop and present strategies to clients for the growth of their SEO accounts.
• Offer consultations to potential and interested clients.
• Monitor changes in Google Algorithm and assess their impact on clients’ businesses, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure overall client satisfaction, project results.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with SEO reporting
• Experience in team and client handling.
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or related field
• Website Audit and Analysis
• Team Management
• Creating Plan and Strategies.
• Latest SEO Skills and Ranking Experience
• You must now how to rank the projects and how to guide the team
• Reporting and Team meetings
• Good experience in Keywords Research
• Good convincing skills
• Must be Google with Semrush, Google Analytics, Webmaster etc tools.
• Must know the Content optimisation
