We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking candidate with good convincing skill as a tele calling executive for generating leads through outbound calls.

Job Description

• Generate leads through outbound calls end email activity.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and calls between customers and sales team.
• Answer phones and explain the product and services offered by the company.
• Resolve queries and issues related to the products and services.
• Assist sales team in achieving targeted revenue.
• Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.

Skills

• Must be proficient in outbound calling.
• Strong email and contact search skills for identifying and reaching out to the decision makers.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Solution oriented with effective problem solving skills.
• Must have knowledge of MS Office.
• Good in communication and customer handling.
• Exposure to SaaS based selling will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
