- Managing Branch Profitability, Ensuring High Quality Service and Customer Relationship Management.
- Handling a customer-focused team with an objective to achieve targets in Business development, Fee-income generation, Opex reduction, customer satisfaction, etc. while adhering to service standards and ensuring regulatory compliance as regards to internal and statutory audits.
