Key Responsibilities:
Coordination with customer for delivery of material and visit customers workplace to understand the customer needs.
Visit goods shed, CRT, sidings to explore business opportunities
Keeping track of customer’s order and its fulfillment status.
Complete control of CRM Data and order status.
Coordination for first mile pickup of cargo
Coordination for last mile delivery of Cargo.
Payment collection from consignors for the freight.
Developing Parcel business for the company
Coordination between operations and customer for timely delivery of cargo.
Managing vendor for execution at Kolkata.
Convert business pertaining to container sales and terminal sales.
Visit transportation market to understand the current dynamics of transportation market and replicate the same in domestic container business
