- Should be responsible for weighing in & weighing out of vehicles.
- Ensure that all weighbridge staff are fully aware of their duties and have the necessary training.
- Responsible for accuracy of the data captured.
- Ensure that the weighbridge is operational /Functional 24 X 7.
- Ensure all reports or paperwork or contracts are in line with company SOPs.
- Immediately report to the appropriate manager incase of any deviation.
- Responsible for keeping management informed about the condition of the weighbridge.
- Advise management immediately in case of a breakdown
- Maintain the weighbridge and general area of the weigh bridge including office in a clean, tidy and hazard free condition.
- Ensure weighbridge customers are aware of site rules and distribute information and guidance accordingly.
- Any other work as management considers relevant.
- Able to handle the Security Gate function
- Gate in/out passes to be generated
- Documents like ER COPIES SHIPPING BILLS and other related documents should be verified
