Job Description

• Having “morning meeting” to make sure that team know what their objectives are for the day.

• Randomly listening to the calls and giving feedback to executives on how they can improve.

• Taking call escalations and looking out over your team for when an agent may need help .

• Ongoing coaching and development of your team.

• Monitoring individual and team performance, against the key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Preparing reports.

• Motivating your team to ensure a positive outlook and customer focused attitude.

• Identifying and addressing people issues, and being a pillar of support for your team members.

• Coordinating with the quality analysts to identify and bridge any gap in the service.

You may also be expected to take on responsibilities like:

• Training your team members to identify cross sell and up sell opportunity.

• Contribute to overall customer experience by promoting awareness and education of any company- wide customer experience initiative.

• Make best use of resource by effective resource planning.

Requirement:

• Minimum experience of 2 years.

• Team handling experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
