Full Job Description
· Scheduling appointments for consultants.· Providing registration from for new patients and guiding them in the process.· Registering the new OPD patients.· In case the patients is a follow up OPD case finding out the registration number from patients or from HIS.· OP billing the patient for the services to be availed.· Receiving cash or using EDC machine in case payment offered via credit/debit card.· Guiding patients to Concerned OPD after the Billing.· Doing all the above activities manually in case HIS is down.· Learning the HIS processes to the smoothest process level possible.· Also follow up any other work assigned by the Front office or Lobby Manager.· To identify vulnerable patients and speed up Registration and Waiting time.· Direct walk-in patients on the services needed by them and handle emergencies.· Data Entry of the patient information.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹11,000.00 – ₹17,827.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftFlexible shiftRotational shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 7286072868
