YOU ARE (someone with)

• Experience: 3-5 Years of experience in Digital trafficking / Ad Ops role/ Media Manager Role.
• Platforms: Social Media Channels, Google Search, SEO, Ad Analytics
• Client Management experience
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks and see-through implementation and execution phase
• Quality Management: Proven track record in optimizing quality metrics by introducing industry standard processes and guidelines.
• Toggle between multiple campaign management platforms for campaign set up and reporting to monitor delivery and account for discrepancies
• Lead multiple clients through layered and structured digital strategy solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken; ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain English
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and a quick learner
• Proven team management, prioritization, and team training skills
• Basic knowledge of the Social Media planning

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Campaign Ideation and planning
• Ad Operations campaign management and troubleshooting
• Social Advertising & Search
• Working on Social Media Platforms Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Search, GDN and YT
• Work closely with internal teams and publishers to troubleshoot integration issues, track/QA any abnormalities and ensure campaign delivery
• Proactively investigate delivery discrepancies, billing disputes, technical issues, etc.
• Proactively make optimizations towards specific campaign established KPIs
• Data Analytics and Presentation
• Analyzing campaign performance and providing optimization recommendations
• Perform quality assurance checks and debug issues with campaigns to ensure that line items and creative have been set up correctly and are delivering across all platforms and devices
• Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures
• Help develop marketing strategies to influence media planners, buyers & partners

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the primary point of contact for client servicing team
• Optimize and assist in enhancing workflows and technology experience for your clients
• Strong understanding of the campaign measurement metrics associated with online advertising, including conversion tracking metrics and discussing the same with clients.
• Upskill team for your accounts by identifying training needs
• Manage Quality metrics for your accounts.
• Work closely with the planning team to enhance team performance and introduce industry based best practices.
• Manage the creation and ownership of SOPs and best practices
