Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Managing all client requests from Onboarding to all service issues
2. Client queries resolution as per the TAT defined.
3. Co-ordination with other Depts for all client related concerns
4. Implementation of all client servicing related polices and procedures.
5. Managing the customer service team.
6. MIS
Experience:
1. Worked in Customer Service of any SEBI Intermediary like Broker/ PMS/AIF/Merchant Banking/Wealth Manager.
2. Minimum experience of 2 years in customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
