The Position
The Service Owner are end-to-end accountable for the delivery of services and platforms in their cluster towards the Business Groups and Service Units.
He/she ensures that all relevant components of a service contribute to a stable, reliable and performing total service that matches the demand, drives continuous improvement, and makes sure that customer satisfaction is always at the highest possible level.
He/she also ensures reliable (first-time-right) transition of future developments delivered by other departments and Suppliers.
The Service Owner is the Single Point of Contact for his/her cluster of services and platforms and liaises with Business Groups and Digital Partners to identify new demand and requirements for the services delivered according to desired Business Outcome, and act as a Chapter Lead.
