Lead all administrative related activity and maintain normal operation of all company offices in the country

Required Education/Qualifications/Skills

Bachelors/Masters degree

Operational experience in similar role for 6-8 years

Expertise on handling statutory compliances for site

Project and change management skills

Ability to proactively help understand and align business priorities

Professional business English (oral and written)

Main Accountabilities (duties, Responsibilities)

• Liasing with Government Officials for statutory and other requirements, helping in smooth operations at site
• Faciliity Management:
• Develop and implement policies and procedures on office management and administration such as reception, meeting arrangement, office cleaning, facilities maintenance, fixed asset management, purchasing of office supply and etc.

Vendor Management

Manage office admin related vendors and suppliers, review performance and area for improvement; review and negotiate administration related contracts in collaboration with Procurement. Contract Manpower Management & Corresponding Statutory Requirements: Manage the contract manpower planning & compliances

Support decision making on office expansion to make sure office space and facilities are sufficient to support organization development and business needs.

Lead routine office work, such as company mail & courier service, office facilities maintenance, office supplies, office seat plan, etc. to ensure daily operation is well functioned for all company offices in country.
