Admin Assistant ResponsibilitiesPlan and Coordinate team meetings, schedule and draft meeting agenda and share minutes of meetings in coordination with India IT leadership team.Keep employee updated with HR policies and take up general queries from IT staffs.Facilitate IT employee onboarding process.Validate & process concur bills for leadership approvals. High attention to detail and accuracy.Educational Qualification and Experience * Graduation in any discipline.Knowledge of MS office tools (primarily PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word) and General o365 usage.4 – 5 years of work experience in a similar role.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Fixed shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
