M&S CX SFDC System Administrator

In this position, you will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining the overall health of multiple Salesforce orgs. Collaboration with marketing and sales technical architects, business IT leaders, and end users to configure/develop technically sound solutions which promote usage, process efficiencies and support business initiatives will be necessary. Solutions must provide a positive customer experience, and when possible, be developed so the solution is leverageable across businesses and other Salesforce orgs. Our Salesforce orgs, which comprise Sales & Service and B2B Commerce are integrated with SAP and other digital platforms, such as Adobe AEM, Marketo, and Informatica PIM.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business-facing IT solution delivery leads to design and configure enhancements. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, data mapping, object modeling, page layout design, workflow rules, and process flows.
Understand business requirements and map them to technology solutions.
Research and implement new functionality, features and customizations to improve processes and achieve user efficiencies.
Keep abreast of new Salesforce.com features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements.
Identify improvement opportunities and work with appropriate teams to implement.
Ensure the overall health of Salesforce org health by reviewing, testing and accepting critical updates, monitoring limits to confirm compliance, identifying and remediating items to decrease technical debt.
Implement and enforce best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of the solution delivery process.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce.com

Competencies & Skills

Strong in design, configuration and customization within Salesforce.
Collaborate with extended business and IT teams to increase productivity by enhancing our suite of cloud based applications and service.
Ability to analyze and understand existing complex custom Salesforce setup and propose options for streamlining existing processes.
Proven experience in large Salesforce.com implementations.
High-level understanding of advanced analysis, reporting, formatting, data manipulation, and presentation.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations is required.
Salesforce CRM development using declarative automation tools (ie., Flow or Process Builder).
Understanding and previous use of SOQL.
Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and service methodologies, processes, common challenges and best practices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or commensurate work experience.
Salesforce Administrator Certified

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com administration
Must have knowledge of Salesforce Lightning
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
