Job Responsibilities
- Generate bills and invoices specific to customer accounts from the accounting system * Deliver invoices to clients via digital and traditional mail services
- Utilize accounting software to identify outstanding accounts
- Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports
- Process all credit memos
- Monitor and respond to all customer queries promptly
- Review AR balances and collaborate with the Collections Specialist
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an AR position
- In-depth knowledge of AR functions within a high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail- in tasks, analytics, and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and Accounting software
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
