Job Responsibilities

• Generate bills and invoices specific to customer accounts from the accounting system * Deliver invoices to clients via digital and traditional mail services

• Utilize accounting software to identify outstanding accounts

• Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports

• Process all credit memos

• Monitor and respond to all customer queries promptly

• Review AR balances and collaborate with the Collections Specialist

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an AR position

• In-depth knowledge of AR functions within a high-volume environment

• Excellent attention to detail- in tasks, analytics, and reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and Accounting software

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
