Skills And Experience
Desktop Support Engineer: –
Ø Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
ØDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
ØInstall, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and software applications.
ØPerform regular system updates, patches, and ensure proper maintenance of desktops and workstations.
ØHandle user account creation, permissions, and support Active Directory-related tasks.
Ø ØAssist in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, printers, and other peripherals.
Ø ØSupport network connectivity issues, including VPNs and Wi-Fi configurations.
Ø Ø Respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Ø Ø Document all incidents and resolutions using the service management tools.
Ø ØProvide remote desktop support for users in various locations, as required.
Ø ØAssist in the preparation of new desktop systems, software deployments, and hardware setups.
Ø ØCollaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operation of infrastructure and resolve escalated issues.
Ø ØEnsure adherence to security best practices, including data protection and compliance policies.
Ø ØEnd user e-mail configuration and O365 working knowledge.
Google Administrator: –
Ø Administer and support Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
Ø Configure and maintain user accounts, groups, and permissions in Google Admin Console.
Ø Provide Level 2 support for Google Workspace issues, including email, calendar, file sharing, and other Google services.
Ø Troubleshoot and resolve Google Workspace-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to users.
Ø Assist with the setup, configuration, and migration of users into Google Workspace.
Ø Manage and monitor Google Workspace security features, including 2-Step Verification, data loss prevention (DLP), and audit logs.
Ø Ensure proper backup, retention, and recovery procedures for Google Workspace data.
Ø Implement and maintain best practices for Google Workspace usage and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Ø Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Google Workspace with other business applications and services.
Ø Provide training and documentation for end users on Google Workspace features and best practices.
Ø Monitor system performance and address issues related to Google Workspace performance and reliability.
Ø Stay up to date with Google Workspace updates and new features, ensuring that the organization leverages the latest tools and capabilities.
Ø Assist with reporting and analytics from Google Workspace, such as usage metrics, security reports, and other operational data.
Ø Manage and Maintain Google workspace MDM and User configuration related to MDM.
Ø Manage and Maintain Google workspace related security.
