This exciting role offers opportunity to:

To drive Sales Revenue, Market growth for Bussmann products in Chennai through OEMs, channel partners & also focus on EV and Renewable Energy

1. Achieve sales target for the territory for Bussmann Fuses

2. Map & target new customers /projects/expansions in the assigned territory.

3. Effectively pursue, make proposals, and close sales in close coordination with Business Development Team.

4. Get Approvals from End Users and convert OEM’s.

5. Carry out effective sales promotion activities.

6. Identify and appoint distributors able to support penetration efforts.

7. Maintain updated intelligence on competitors, pricing , products and channel developments.

8. Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.

9. Work closely with business development team and successfully negotiate project sales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with Master’s degree is highly desirable.

• Minimum of 6 to 9 years field sales experience is recommended.

Skills:

• Requires product application knowledge for Fuses (HSEF, ) as well as working knowledge of the electrical industry.

• Requires solid negotiation skills and market intelligence.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
