The primary function is to implement the go to market strategy for the data Centre business, drive key customer relationships, key customer negotiations activities to achieve sales, profit and market share goals.
To meet the revenue and gross margin objective of the organization
To maximize the market share of the Eaton solutions in the data center segment
Key Account Management : Strong relationship management skills and proven track record of being trusted advisor to specified data centre customer
To keep the account receivables under check
Business Development : To develop new Colo Data Centre customers and increase the market share in data centre segment
Travelling : 30% to 40% time
Responsible to take care of data centre segments by identifying, acquiring & developing new customers
Work closely with solution architect & pre-sales experts to provide winning solutions to customers
Provide regular market intelligence details of colo segment & competition to Eaton’s leadership
Qualifications
Requirement:
Engineering or Science Graduate with MBA is highly desirable. CDCP certification will be added advantage
10+ years experience handling Key Account management and deep understanding of Captive, MTDC, Colo & Hyperscaler data centers
Excellent communication & Presentation skills
Solid negotiation, analytical skills and market intelligence
Adequate knowledge about Power Quality Solutions
