• Represent Organization in a responsible and professional manner.
• Main focus will be Data entry (In excel) for supporting logistics team.
• Co ordinating with our stores & logistics for quick action.
• Issuing shipping docs (Commercial invoice & Packing list).
• Maintain the log or excel sheet for the orders updated and CI/PL issued.
• Following the instructions time to time from reporting manager.
• Authorized to the extents required to deliver the above responsibilities including stop work authority while coming across unsafe conditions or situation.
• Ability to understand, evaluate and apply technical information.
• Able to communicate as required, verbal and Written.
• Open to Sharing of the information on time and discussion of difficulties on time.
• Interest in Teaming up with the other members of Team.
• MS Office components operation Skills.
• Software usage and training skills.
• Committed to self-improvement in order to achieve career goals.
• To consistently adhere to ethical principles and expects others to follow suit.
• Valid Degree from a recognized University with atleast 2 – 3 years experience.
• General understanding of how supply chain system works
• Basic understating of Logistics Operations
