• Leads product development & technology innovation (web/mobile applications -ios, android) by understanding product requirements, design & develop feature enhancements and implementation of world class high performance enterprise grade software applications for electrical products using technologies like javascript & its framework, react native/redux framework, angularJS, 2.0.
• Independently lead complete Project life cycle, process, and overall technical execution on software activities of product development.
• Thinks outside the box and is willing to research and explore new avenues to overcome obstacles by utilizing the latest technologies and standards. May function as a go-to person for a technology, software methodology, or other area of expertise.
• Collaborate with global product engineering team and perform software development activities during project execution.
• Performs technical reviews including architectural and detailed design reviews
• Train, develop and motivate colleagues on technical aspects demonstrating ‘Right to Left’ thinking (starting with consideration for end user).
• Independently lead architecting & developing web/mobile (android, ios) applications based on javascript, react native, typescript, angular2.0 that meet the requirements.
• Take lead in Build management, change management, and configuration management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Bit Bucket and Bamboo
• Develops and executes thorough unit test plans. Reports, analyzes, debugs and corrects anomalies.
• Lead reviews of documents, designs, code, test cases and user documentation ensuring that best practices and efficient coding standards are adhered to.
• Responsibilities will also include technical management of the design, testing and integration of other engineers’ work in related areas.
• Ensure quality of delivery in accordance with the plan adhering to the standard practices used in agile/waterfall model.
• Independently able to deal with ambiguous scenarios, requirements inputs & create MVPs.
• Suggest and develop re-usable components and looks for continuous improvement opportunities in Electrical products. Share knowledge within the team and demonstrate flexibility for working in parallel on multiple products.

Qualifications

Requirement:

• B.E. Computer Scienece / Information technology / Electronics & Telecommmunications
• 8+ yrs of hands on experience in Development experience in javascript
• 5+ years of hands on experience in typescript
• 5+ yrs of hands on experience in react native/redux framework – native scripts.
• 6+ yrs of hands on experience in working with web/mobile applications – combinational skills, apple IOS & android.
• 1+ yrs of hands on experience on relational/nonrelational database (DB).
• Should have good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Bit Bucket and Bamboo.
• Javascript & its framework, react native (ios & android ),React/Redux, typescript, Angular 2.0 & Azure.
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) to communicate information effectively to customers, and technical staff.Creating business proposals, creativity, people mangement, project management.
